Good except for the in-app marketing

This app is true to the book and, for the most part, is quite nice. BUT WHAT REALLY BUGS ME, is that the very first page contains ads for other books. I wouldnt mind the ads at the end, but I PAID FOR THIS BOOK, and I dont want the app I PAID FOR to be largley a garish promotional tool for the next book. My other compaint is that the book takes up only a portion of the screen with lots of blue space top and bottom. I would MUCH prefer one page per screen instead of two. Yes, this would require them to deviate the form somewhat from the childrens cardboard book, but this is an iPad app afterall - make it suit the device. But for the criticisms above I would have given this 5 out of 5.
