Better than the book!

This is a favourite in our home. This app is everything you could want in an interactive storybook. The music is nice, the narration is easy to listen to, and the interactivity is perfect for preschoolers and under. My only complaint (and why I didnt give it a 5 star rating) is the size of the book. My kids find it a bit small, even with the magnifying glass option. Another option to make the book fit the iPad fully would be perfect. A top notch app that you would expect from Harper Collins!

I have a real soft spot for this book. My kids loved it and apparently Ill be a grandfather soon so a perfect excuse to buy this. The narration is perfect and the hidden treasures are a nice touch. Loudcrows stuff is first rate.

Who is on every page of the copy that I had for my children 45 years ago and now my grandchildren each have a copy. The auto page turning is too fast to look at the pictures. The reader has a lovely voice. The touch response is interesting.

My kids destroyed our book so its great to have a non destructible version!

When I seen this book in the App Store I was excited to see what it was like. This morning when my daughter seen it she was super excited! I would totally tell others about this book app!

This has become one of my dtrs favorite apps. The background music is very soothing and the interactive pages make it fun to discover. Would recommend it to every parent.

We have been awaiting The arrival of this delightful book in the iTunes App Store since our first read of the hard board copy! I am SO EXCITED that it is a LOUD CROW Production! I dont believe ANY OTHER childrens app couldve displayed its read as well as these them! I own over 568 Apps on our 5 Apple Devices and I can say with CONFIDENCE, Loud Crow Apps are at the TOP of its class in app creating! EQUALLY as excited, I navigated here this morning, looking for the $5.99 app I was intending to spend for Christmas gift (App) for the toddler (like we need more? Novelty wares off quick lol!) & to my great surprise--ON SALE $3.00 OFF their regular listed price! Like I said, I was intending to buy it at $5.99 without second thought BUT, THIS, this is a GIFT! This is the absolute favourite of my 2 1/2 and 1 year old daughters. The interactive parts are perfect for curious kids, and the personalized picture is a sweet touch for special moments. I recommend this to anyone looking to enhance the bedtime routine for active kids.

I bought this for my 15 year old daughter who had a goodnight moon stuffy from birth! I have to admit Ive enjoyed it more than her!!! This is a must have (for mums and dads lol)!!!

This app is true to the book and, for the most part, is quite nice. BUT WHAT REALLY BUGS ME, is that the very first page contains ads for other books. I wouldnt mind the ads at the end, but I PAID FOR THIS BOOK, and I dont want the app I PAID FOR to be largley a garish promotional tool for the next book. My other compaint is that the book takes up only a portion of the screen with lots of blue space top and bottom. I would MUCH prefer one page per screen instead of two. Yes, this would require them to deviate the form somewhat from the childrens cardboard book, but this is an iPad app afterall - make it suit the device. But for the criticisms above I would have given this 5 out of 5.

I love this app.

This was the first story my mom ever read to me. The narrators voice isnt like my moms... But it still has a gentle and soothing motherly tone to it. Perfect for making me fall asleep. Goodnight stars, goodnight air. Goodnight noises everywhere. <3

I bought this on a whim because it was on sale, and I must say Im a satisfied customer. Ive bought my share of kids book apps and it always feels like a bit of a crap shoot, but my daughter (3) really enjoyed this. The story is sweet and simple, and theres so many cute little surprises and hidden objects.

My daughter has loved this book since she was two so now to have it where she can interact with the book she loves it even more!

I used to read this to my girls when they were little......now I can read it to my son!!! 10 stars!
